Audi created quite a stir by selecting an unexpected locale for the world premiere of its 2024 Q8. At the Qatari iteration of Geneva Motor Show, this refreshed luxury SUV made its very first public appearance. If this event is something new to you, let us inform you that it’s indeed a phenomena nowadays. Now, they are ready to launch the Q8 and the SQ8 in the US market, although with not many important alterations. The only distinguishing features include modern lighting technology and slight styling modifications, which unsurprisingly come with a rise in charge.
These two SUV models also showcase numerous advanced technological elements, such as Matrix Design LED headlights and laser spot lighting.The 2024 Q8 and SQ8 present a delicately altered yet sophisticated outer facade. The noteworthy exterior feature is the traditional octagonal Singleframe grille now complemented by novel highlights which stretch out into L-shaped formations on the SQ8 and the Q8 including the S line style package. The sportier of the two vehicles features much bigger air intakes that boast a honeycomb grille pattern, along with a completely revised front lip spoiler and rear diffuser. Furthermore, these two SUVs flaunt many cutting-edge tech amenities, like the Matrix Design LED headlights and the laser spot lighting.
The Audi Q8 for the latest model year has set a new standard for personalisation. With the supplementary addition of high-intensity Matrix-design LED headlights, boasting digital day-time running lights at the top horizontal border, it has definitively outdone its predecessor. Above and beyond, the option of Matrix LED headlights with their unique blue anodized aluminium housing can be utilized, making no mistake of its presence to onlookers. Mated with an eight-speed automatic transmission and Quattro all-wheel drive, this motor enables the SUV to accelerate from 0 – 60 miles per hour in a mere 5.5 seconds. In contrast, the SQ8 is outfitted with a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged TFSI V8 that yields a staggering 500 hp and 568 lb-ft of torque. This formidable prospect can reach 60 mph in an astounding 4.0 seconds.
Audi reports that the latest editions of their cars will be accessible in showrooms across America by the early part of next year. The Q8 55 TFSI, starting off at $74,895 including taxes and transport costs, is pricier as compared to the model of 2023 by $900. As for the 2024 SQ8, it has an MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) of at least $97,705, a greater cost than the earlier version by $1,100.
