The specific whereabouts of the upcoming BYD factory has yet to be announced, however, sources claim that the corporation has initiated a feasibility investigation for the production center. It is also reported that discussions with authorities on both local and national levels are currently taking place.

The company backed by Warren Buffett had to halt its original intention to sell cars in the US last year, primarily because of the Inflation Reduction Act; however, there were also other factors at play.
