Lando Norris Races Las Vegas Track on 2023 F1 Game

McLaren F1 Driver Tries New Track

EA Sports has bestowed McLaren Formula 1 driver Lando Norris with the upcoming “F1 2023” game, giving him the chance to try out its new features – such as the Las Vegas track – for himself. The 23-year-old driver was enthusiastic in his remarks about the game, noting that it has been enhanced in terms of both gameplay and graphics. He also expressed his delight with his character model in the game this year.

Of course, Norris opted to take a spin on the Las Vegas track, something he had never done before. The details of the car – from the engine sounds to the driving dynamics – were met with much praise. Norris even went as far as to say that the car “actually feels alive.”

For the virtual racing weekend, Norris cemented his starting position at the top with a time of 1:38.719, a margin surpassing three seconds compared to Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes-AMG Petronas) in second place. Despite an exemplary qualifying session, penalties and unfamiliarity with the circuit’s track layout and braking areas caused him to end up in twentieth place.

The British aquaplanist, still fairly young, is currently occupying the 11th place in the 2023 F1 Driver Standings, racking up 12 points. Competing alongside first-timer Formula 1 driver Oscar Piastri in a MCL60, his latest race saw him secure a 9th place finish at the Monaco Grand Prix; where Max Verstappen from Red Bull Racing came out victorious for the fourth time this campaign.

Apart from F1, Norris has showcased his exceptional taste in automobiles with him recently receiving the key to a one-of-a-kind McLaren 765LT Spider covered in carbon fiber. It also exhibits bespoke details, such as his own personal LN4 insignia.

It will take some time for the day-night racing of the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix to occur since the meeting just prior to the finals will be conducted from November sixteen up to the eighteenth.

Still be able to try out the new track at Sin City, virtual-style, as the F1 2023 game will become available on the 16th of June on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
