Spinelli and Okulski Lead Automotive Content
Today, Motorsport Network revealed its new addition to the company with Mike Spinelli and Travis Okulski joining their ranks moving forward. As Head of Content, Spinelli will be instrumental in developing creative strategies for the global automative and motorsport platform, while Okulski as Editorial Director, Automotive will oversee the outlet’s car-related coverage. The two join the corporation at a pivotal time as they continue to expand globally and increase their influence on the automotive industry.
Spinelli will be responsible for developing brand expansions in the Motorsport Network’s selection of publications, including Motorsport.com and Autosport, while Okulski’s primary concentration will lie on Motor1, InsideEVs, and RideApart. This hiring is part of GMF Capital’s acquisition and investment in the Motorsport Network to widen the impact and range of these well-known titles.
Spinelli has brought an immense plethora of automotive and motorsports media understanding to this particular role for more than two decades. He had the honour of being the original editor of Jalopnik, Editor-in-Chief at 0-60 magazine, co-founder of the /DRIVE YouTube account, plus a creator, producer, and presenter of numerous motoring videos shown on YouTube and TV, comprising the show /DRIVE on NBC Sports. Recently, he was a writer and storyline editor for the IMSA GTP docuseries, Win the Weekend.
