Actress Launches BMW XM: Dare to be You
BMW has announced a collaboration with renowned model, actress, and fashion icon Naomi Campbell for the launch of the XM, its latest M model. Campbell, who has been a driving force in the fashion industry for over 40 years, will join forces with the automaker to create a global marketing campaign under the slogan “Dare to be You”. The campaign will emphasize a sense of self-assurance, style, and individuality.
As per BMW, Campbell’s appreciation for aesthetics and design will be a critical factor in the corporation’s impending initiatives. Primarily, Campbell’s specially designed rendition of the BMW XM shall be showcased some time in 2023.
“I was immediately drawn to the BMW M slogan ‘Dare to be You’, as it speaks to the self-assuredness that is essential for progress and transformation,” Campbell remarks. “It resonates with me, as I believe in pushing boundaries and being true to one’s self.”

By including an electric motor with its advanced eight-speed automatic gearbox, the 2023 XM model consists of a powerful twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 engine. It outputs a remarkable 483 horsepower and the electrically powered drive adds an additional 194 hp to that, resulting in a combined rating of 644 hp. This combination makes it possible for the car to accelerate from a standstill to 60 mph in an astounding 4.1 seconds.
For those seeking even more might, BMW is scheming to launch an XM Version Red amassing 738 hp, although it will not become obtainable until the autumn of 2023.
