Forza Motorsports Features 2024 LMDh, E-Ray Corvettes

500+ Cars at Launch!

The renowned Forza Motorsport video game franchise will receive a fresh addition to its realistic racing series this year. Upon its release, General Motors will be recognized with pride, as the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray and Cadillac Racing V-Series R LMDh race car are portrayed in the cover of the game.

On June 11th the Xbox Games Showcase will present Turn 10 Studios with an opportunity to offer a comprehensive examination of the vehicles featured in their game. They are planning on providing walkthroughs of career mode single-player gameplay two days later. This is anticipated to be when we get definitive information regarding the launch date for the Xbox Series X/S and PC versions. It has also been declared that the title will boast 4K resolution and 60 frames per second, along with ray tracing.

Forza Motorsport will launch offering greater than 500 vehicles in its lineup, one hundred of which are completely fresh to the game. Further than ever previously, gamers can expect over 800 separate customization possibilities from the new addition of race cars. Additionally, five all-new locations have been added to the game, such as Hakone (Japan), Kyalami (South Africa), and possibly – if astute players are right – Mid-Ohio.

The latest Forza title has more technical innovations than its predecessors – the fifth, sixth, and seventh versions. Weather will be taken to a new level with dynamic time-of-day settings (something not seen before in this series) and track conditions that differ from race to race. There’s also Blind Driving Assists, which help individuals without good visual acuity experience the enjoyment of Forza Motorsport and One Touch Driving designed for those unable to press multiple buttons at once.

This is the inaugural appearance of the Corvette E-Ray on a Forza cover. In early 2020, it released as a hybrid option, becoming the first ever electrified version of this sportscar. It’s outfitted with a 6.2-liter V8 engine providing a total output of 655 horsepower. This powertrain allows the car to reach 60mph in mere 2.5 seconds and perform a quarter-mile sprint in 10.5 secs at a speed of 130mph. Furthermore, the electric motor placed in the front affords all-wheel drive capability, which delivers up to 160hp.

Early in the year a new Cadillac racer surged on to the racing circuit, appearing in late January. In the past other vehicles have been featured prominently, such as the Porsche 911 GT2 RS, Ford GT, Audi R8, McLaren P1, Ferrari 458, and a range of additional sporty cars.
