Nissan Armada Rendered: 1st Spy Photos Reveal Boxy Design

Nissan continues to offer the previous generation Armada in the United States with a beginning price tag of $52,095 for the 2023 model year. However, its replacement is now well into its production cycle as reflected from the first spy pics of the large SUV that we highlighted around a month ago. These pics were then used with permission by Kolesa.ru to create an early unseen unofficial preview of the upcoming Armada.

Spotted in early October, the test vehicle had limited camouflage cloaking much of its front exterior. Now though, these new renderings have broken through; showing a probable design of the frontal area including a large radiator grille along with a wraparound chrome C-bar. An extensive LED band spans from end-to-end above this, complemented by two sizeable headlights complete with L-shaped driving lamps on either side of the grille.

It was challenging to make out much of the rear end’s design from the available spy photos. Conceivably, this rendering might be more a guess than an executive prediction; still, there are some intriguing facts that should be highlighted. It appears the taillights will be connected through the hatchback with an LED swath and a Nissan badge in the centre. The primary illumination elements may only be situated on the back quarter panels, as indicated in the spy shots. Despite the camouflage obscuring the prototype, it is feasible that it holds several hidden configurations that cannot yet be seen.

The newest edition of the Armada is anticipated to be much bigger than the prior version and is seen as a slight more durable device. In all likelihood, a twin-turbo V6 engine coupled with a nine speed transmission will generate approximately 421 hp on all four-wheels.
