Pick a Verstappen or Perez Livery
Red Bull has joined forces with Memento Exclusives, a worldwide renowned supplier of sports souvenirs, to provide simulators based on their massively triumphant RB18 F1 vehicle.
Simulators are crafted with the same methods employed to construct the official Red Bull Racing cars from Oracle, utilizing the accurate CAD data. With top of the line gaming hardware already included, it arrives ready to be plugged in and used.
It is obvious that these simulators will set you back a substantial amount of money. Presently, the Race Edition costs around $90,000 when converted to American currency. But the real treat is the Champion’s Edition as seen in the pictures above. It has a front wing fitting and giving owners the choice between either the Max Verstappen or Checo Perez designs.
To savor the pleasure of navigating an electronic version of the double winner motor vehicle, you will have to fork out the total $120k.
RB18 participated in the 2022 campaign that saw Red Bull bag 17 events from an overall of 22 with a Formula 1 car designed by Adrian Newey. This vehicle enabled Verstappen to take home his second drivers’ title, and supported by Perez, it was successful in securing the constructors’ championship as well. Newey is also credited for designing the Aston Martin Valkyrie, which already appears to be the most magnificent hypercar of 2023.
“We are thrilled to have collaborated in the making of a one-of-a-kind sim racing experience that puts racers behind the wheel of the award-winning RB18,” said Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner. “Driving a Formula 1 car is something few of us will ever get the chance to do, but this simulator offers an incredibly realistic experience. Thanks to Memento Exclusives, you can now bring the track into your own house with this amazing recreation of the car.”
Simulators now come equipped with a bendable, AOC gaming monitor, tunes and precisely adjustable gamer pedals, including the powerful Z906 Ultimate THX Surround Sound system, along with a force-feedback paddle wheel featuring an easy-release option. Additionally, this paddle wheel also copies an actual steering wheel.
The early shipments of these gadgets are anticipated to come this month, and the Mercedes F1 crew may contemplate buying one considering their feeble start of the 2023 racing season.
“It is a great privilege to be producing these remarkable RB18 show car simulators that commemorate and symbolize their 2022 F1 championship-winning season,” remarked Barry Gough, Founder and CEO of Memento Exclusives. “Being trusted to manufacture and market Oracle Red Bull Racing-branded simulators underscores our team’s qualifications and the confidence that the team has placed in us. This marks our first collaboration with the team, and what a wonderful way to do so.”
