Private garage for your ideal space.
Miami boasts an array of luxurious tall buildings. Several car companies have already established a presence in the South Beach area with upscale housing projects by Aston Martin, Bentley, and Porsche. However, Pagani, another top-tier automotive manufacturer, is now establishing a permanent presence in Miami.
The Italian car manufacturer unveiled the initial designs for its luxury high-rise building created in partnership with architecture firm Revuelta and Pagani Arte, a newly established branch of the company specializing in lifestyle and interior design services. The structure appears elegant and sophisticated.
The Pagani Residences building is set to be a 28-story tower situated in the North Bay Village neighborhood of Miami Beach. Featuring 70 residences with outward-facing views, each unit will offer between two and four bedrooms, with sizes varying from 2,000 to 3,300 square feet. Every apartment will boast 11-foot high ceilings, spacious outdoor areas up to 1,040 square feet, a round-the-clock concierge service, and direct access to a 240-foot boardwalk along Biscayne Bay.
For the privileged one percent of Pagani enthusiasts, the top-floor penthouse offers a stunning 360-degree view, a personal pool with a hot tub, and even higher ceilings reaching 13 feet. Additionally, all owners will be provided with exclusive garages to safeguard their prized Huayra and Utopia supercars. A marina is also available for their yachts, although it’s worth noting that Pagani has yet to expand into yacht production.
Enthusiastic Pagani enthusiasts will need to practice patience, however. The Pagani skyscraper is not set to be unveiled until 2027. Starting prices are at $2.4 million.
