Air|Water is a relatively new event that initially debuted during the 2023 Luftgekuhlt 9, which took place on Mare Island in San Francisco. The concept of Luftgekuhlt was created by Patrick Long, a two-time Le Mans champion, and Howie Idelson, a creative director from California. Since its establishment in 2014, Luftgekuhlt has continuously delivered exceptional experiences for owners of air-cooled classic Porsches.

The most recent Air|Water event is organized by the same group. Marketed as an “all things Porsche” gathering, it guarantees a relaxed atmosphere with enjoyable dining and refreshment choices. The event also attracts Porsche-centric vendors, aftermarket experts, custom creators, and skilled renovators.

It is worth mentioning that Luftgekuhlt is set to mark its 10-year milestone this year. However, as previously stated, preparations for Air|Water are in full swing for April 2024 and attendees can already purchase tickets on the official event website.

There are two choices available for participants. The first option allows for spectators to enter the event without a car for a fee of $50. However, those who wish to bring their own Porsche to the gathering will be required to pay an entrance fee of $100.
