Nevertheless, Hyundai has unveiled a fresh leasing agreement for their Ioniq 6 model, providing an affordable opportunity to experience the vehicle without a major long-term commitment.

Hyundai recently introduced a fresh lease offer that spans over a period of two years, effective until April 1, 2024. Quick-acting lessees have the opportunity to secure the electric vehicle for a mere monthly payment of $239, with an initial payment equaling the same amount.

Hyundai is currently offering a special deal on their SE trim, the most basic level of their electric vehicle. This trim has an impressive range of 361 miles. It boasts a single electric motor on the rear axle, with a power output of 225 horsepower. In addition to this, Hyundai has also provided a discounted offer for the SEL trim at $349 per month.

For those seeking the convenience of all-wheel drive, Hyundai offers a suitable solution. The SE AWD model is available for a monthly lease price of $349, while the SEL AWD option is priced at $449. These vehicles boast impressive range capabilities, with the SE AWD able to travel up to 305 miles on a single charge and the SEL AWD capable of driving 271 miles. The dual-motor variants offer an increased power output of 320 horsepower. Motor1 contacted Hyundai to verify the specifics of these leasing deals.

Hyundai’s release of the Ioniq 6 marked its second venture into battery-electric vehicles following the Ioniq 5 crossover. In March 2023, deliveries of the sedan began in the US and the company reported a total of 12,999 units sold last year. With 2024 being the model’s first full year on the market, Hyundai has already sold 1,662 Ioniq 6s as of February. However, there is hope for increased demand throughout the year as sales are currently on track to decline from the previous year’s numbers.
