Fisker Ocean Launch Control: What Happens After 500 Uses?

“We anticipate that the powertrain would probably meet the requirements for Boot Mode usage,” stated the spokesperson. “However, we have not yet conducted a complete durability test with over 500 boost modes included.” Launch control is a common feature in high-performance electric vehicles such as the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N and Tesla Model S Plaid, but it is not always clear what the usage limitations are.
