TechArt has exposed a groundbreaking artwork car originating from the GTstreet R Cabriolet, a uniquely altered version of the Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet.
Unveiled at the 2023 Manila Auto Salon, TechArt exhibited their unequalled customization expertise and the superb skill of Filipino artist Ronald Ventura on their GTstreet R. The sports car’s powerful appearance was re-cast as a luxurious surface for Ventura to infuse his renowned artistic flair.
Explosive flames erupt across the back of the car, streaming and sputtering down lower base panels and onto the protective fender pieces. Radiant blue and sunny yellow hues add splashes of supercharged color to the car’s light shade of white. Picking up on an extra element of detail, its retractable alloy wheels precisely complement the brilliant painting showcased on the bonnet — a striking depiction of a white equine. Though this design may not be palpable to all, it certainly carries a unique stamp of individualism.
Ventura, the aged 50, is famed for his distinctive flair and involved compound, implemented in both his sculptures and artworks; this being not the beginning of TechArt’s collaborations with Ventura to design an automotive art form. Precedent year, the creator made use of his special skill on a Porsche GTstreet R coupe, bestowing it with an exceptional yellow-and-black painting.
TechArt has not divulged whether the car will be offered for purchase to clients in the Philippines, yet they emphasize that the GTstreet R was commissioned by Import Hookup, the exclusive authorized dealer of TechArt in the sovereign nation, implying it was designed for publicity purposes. As a showstopper, it completely achieves its objective.
In addition to the spirited design, this car includes a variety of TechArt adornments such as refashioned bumpers with carbon fiber ornamentation, wheel arch extensions, and updated interior material and concluding touches.
TechArt isn’t simply concerning the physical traits; they provide upgrade packages to add on to the already robust performance of the 911 Turbo S. Stage 1 has capabilities that upsurges performance estimates to 700 horsepower and 663 lb-ft of twist. If it is still deemed inadequate, the tuner can basically get revised turbochargers (and more), raising the force up to 788 hp and the torque up to 700 lb-ft.
As reminder, the basic Turbo S contains 640 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque, allowing it to accelerate to 60 mph in the amazing 2.7 seconds. Upgradeable suspensions and wheels, plus custom interior finishes, are all on the table. To explore more options, consider taking advantage of the new 3D configurator. See if you can design something even cooler!
