Lamborghini Revuelto Rocks Nurburgring With Tire Light Show

Hearing the V12 Roar with Electronic Assistance

The buzz surrounding the introduction of the Lamborghini Revuelto was immense amongst petrol heads all over the world. Unfortunately, only a handful of covert peeks have been allowed of the Italian make’s initial V12 hybrid on the pave.

Back in April, the Revuelto was seen publicly on the road for the first time where it was being driven calmly and conservatively. However, as a sharp deviation, this latest video demonstrates the premier supercar going wild during its inaugural Nurburgring trial run.

The filmed footage displays the majority of the hybrid halo car’s circuit episode, extending from its entry on the lorry to its departure from the track. As an intriguing addition, the hybrid supercar braved the Green Hell alongside a lavender Lamborghini Urus, seemingly serving as a contingency automobile.

The wedge-shaped vehicle traveled through the German circuit, allowing us to appreciate the raw power of its naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine. Interestingly, the hybrid supercar appears to offer a slightly richer sound than the Lamborghini Aventador. Furthermore, it demonstrated remarkable poise while maneuvering on the high-speed bends and notably unregimented sections of the course.

From the video’s visual perspective, the hybrid monster displayed an extraordinary swiftness. The footage even captured the Lamborghini passing other automobiles with ease, including other experimental cars that were driving around Nurburgring.

Not much is known of the Revuelto’s lap time while at ‘The Ring’ circuit during that session. But keep in mind that the Lamborghini’s passionate V12 engine combined with three electrical engines can muster a solid 1,001hp altogether. The motor by itself develops up to 535 lb-ft of torque, and the elctric motors add an extra 332 lb-ft.

Utilizing its superior strength, the Italian automobile manufacturer brags that it is able to reach 0-60 miles per hour in only 2.5 seconds. As yet, its top velocity has not been documented, though Lamborghini contends that the Revuelto can go beyond 219 mph.

At present, the automobile manufacturer has yet to reveal what the cost of its V12 hybrid monster will be. That said, it would be next to impossible to purchase one, seeing as this Italian supercar has already been completely sold out. Nevertheless, Lamborghini did post an in-depth manufacturing video that illustrates the hidden details about its latest flagship vehicle.
