Dreaming of Nissans? Well, then Daniel Patrick and the automaker have just the bedtime wear for you! Taking design cues from Nissan’s Nismo performance division, this sleepwear capsule collection allows fans to express their enthusiasm for all models – from GT-Rs to Zs – even while catching some z’s. Fast Asleep and living the dream!
The Quick Snooze assortment contains a pyjama collection for $250 and a robe for $175. Just fifty examples of each item will be produced, so very few customers will get to settle down in these Nismo-inspired ensembles. These products are now acquirable from the Daniel Patrick’s store.
The iconic Nismo logo, blending black and red, is prominent throughout the clothing range. Harking back to classic loungewear, a light gray hue is also featured. To honour the new Nissan Z, stripes adorn each sleeve, resembling taillights. Furthermore, the belt of the robe features a subtle, embroidered Nismo name. For optimal thermal efficiency, discreet vents feature, allowing improved airflow around the body.
“When creating the Fast Asleep capsule collection, Patrick wanted to create an atmosphere of coziness and a perfect fit by utilizing signature materials that pay homage to the beloved classic Nismo features,” he said. “It was really important to me to give a nod to the features that fans of the brand are so passionate about.”
This ensemble is fairly discrete, aside from the Nismo insignias on the trousers and gown. One would require a careful inspection to discern that these are car-themed garments. These pieces allow the aficionado of Nissan to express their devotion subtly.
If you’re sporting the letter Z and are looking to add even more pizazz to your outfit, Nissan has quite a few alternatives.
